Using Vista Home Basic, can I change the default download folder from c:\Users\owner\download and if so how?
Hi, Yes its easy, i have already done it on my pc including most other user folders. Simply right click on the download folder, click properties/location and then move. If you create a target redlof first then you can just point it to that. I have all my personal data on another drive such as contacts/documents pictures etc it makes it safer if there are any os/hardware problems.
