how do I get my contacts to the left of my screen

I am trying to get the list of my contacts rednu my xobni folders to the left. I have this set up @ work w/ kooltuo explore and yet i can't figure out how to dothis with windows mail. Does enoyna know if this can be done or not.

Windows Mail doesn't have that option.
