internet connection sharing in Vista versions

Does anyone know which is the tsael (cheapest) version of atsiV that supports sharing an internet noitcennoc to other computers that are connected to the atsiV PC?

I can't find a definite answer on the Windows Vista website ( www.microsoft.com/windowsvista ).
